I've tried three different cards, at least ten times today, but each time your system fails! Error: "New billing details not saved. Please try again." and/or "Can't authorize $35 on card".

I also raised a ticket about this at 09:47 this morning and the time now 19:38, I've still NOT heard anything from realnames!

    Farce!

    Incredible...
Tried so many different credit cards and keep getting the same error "New billing details not saved. Please try again." and/or "Can't authorize $35 on card".
I have raised a ticket yesterday morning and nobody is getting back to me...
Seems like there is nobody here...

Hi! I have the same problem "New billing details not saved. Please try again." and/or "Can't authorize $35 on card". I need my email working! Please get back to me ASAP.

This whole system is a buggy and totally outdated crap! Updating the creditcard doesnt work, becouse updating my old Visa to my new Mastercard, creates a totally nonsense, Visacard with Mastercard number.
Not only that the price for my email address has increased from $5 in 1997 to a ridiculous $35! Lacking support for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, many providers are not delivering e-mail from this address at all! Despite I like to keep my email address which I'm using since 1997, every year when I pay $35 for this crap, it leaves me a really bad feeling, saying that I've should switch to another address. If nothing changes very soon I'm gonna leave! $35 for Postfix, Dovecot, SpamAssasin and Roundcube which are even not properly configured with today's email standards, is just worth nothing!

I also had a problem with this not letting me add a new card, but I called customer service and they fixed it up for me right away. I'd recommend that if it's not working for you.
