Sign into your Gmail account at https://www.gmail.com
Click on the gear icon.
Then click on Settings.
Next, click on the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
Click on the Add a forwarding address button.
Enter your RealNames email address to have all your Gmail messages forwarded to it. Click Next.
Click Proceed.
Click OK.
Go to your RealNames inbox and open the confirmation email sent by "Gmail Team". Click the confirmation link to complete the forwarding process.
